Qualifications

• 12+ years of QA / Quality Engineering experience.
• Hands-on automation and framework development.
• Proven QE leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on QE and test automation initiatives across complex enterprise apps.
• Design Agentic AI solutions for QE including AI agents for test generation and triage.
• Utilize AI tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, Cursor.
• Develop and maintain robust automation using Playwright.
• Triage failures, debug, and enhance automation frameworks.
• Execute data migration testing with SQL Server & PostgreSQL.
• Perform ETL validation, reconciliation, and schema mapping.
• Write complex SQL for data validation and test analysis.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Test .NET / .NET Core and Angular apps and APIs.
• Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and client leadership.
• Provide client-facing QE leadership and communicate risks and findings.
• Mentor QE engineers while remaining hands-on.
