Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to develop automated testing strategies and implement them within industry-standard frameworks. You will lead automated testing across functional, smoke, and regression testing while managing test data and environments.

You will collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams to advance QA practices, own automation infrastructure, and ensure production-grade test coverage within a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 6+ years of experience in test automation.
• 5+ years of experience testing relational databases.
• Ability to write and test complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of various testing types including functional, performance and security.
• Experience with White Box Testing and SonarQube.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and requirements to create test cases and automated tests.
• Develop and execute automated scripts and integrate them into environments.
• Participate in code reviews for automation scripts.
• Maintain automation infrastructure and data management.
• Collaborate on CI/CD to enable continuous testing.
• Contribute to QA methodologies and best practices.
