Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience implementing cross-functional projects in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a quality culture and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Lead Quality Management System (QMS) development and compliance with AS9100.
• Coordinate internal and supplier quality audits and corrective actions.
• Support engineering changes to ensure alignment with requirements and manufacturing processes.
• Verify that in-process and final products meet performance and appearance standards.
• Monitor KPIs, NCRs, and CoPQ, driving data-driven quality improvements.
• Communicate quality status and issues to stakeholders and customers.
