Job summary

The role leads RCA/8D problem-solving, audits, MRB coordination, and NCR closure while collaborating with Project Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4–8 years of experience are expected, with ASQ certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, process, or a related engineering field.
• 4–8 years of related work experience in quality engineering.
• Experience with formal problem-solving (RCA/8D/DMAIC).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inspection methods, and nondestructive testing techniques.
• ASQ CQE/CQA/CQT/CQM/CRE or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCA and 8D problem-solving to identify and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Audit quality processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead MRB meetings and close NCRs.
• Provide QA support to internal and external customers.
• Develop ITPs and participate in project transfers.
