Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to assure the quality of all products, including purchased components, by reviewing specifications, maintaining quality documentation, and leading audit programs.

The role emphasizes formal problem solving (RCA/8D), cross‑functional collaboration, and ownership of quality processes throughout the product lifecycle, including internal and external customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering as stated above.
• 4–8 years of related quality engineering experience.
• Experience with RCA/8D, DMAIC and formal problem solving.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inspection methods and QC tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCA and 8D problem solving to identify and prevent recurrence.
• Investigate NCRs and drive corrective actions from audits and inspections.
• Analyze NCR data to identify trends and risks for proactive improvement.
• Conduct complex quality audits and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead MRB meetings and ensure NCR closure.
• Provide QA support to internal and external customers and projects.
• Support transfer, kickoff, and pre‑inspection activities.
