Job summary

You will work with engineering, production, and supply chain to improve product reliability, perform CAPA, audits, and mentor staff; occasional travel to supplier or customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality management roles.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 or similar quality standards.
• Experience with SPC, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures including ITAR/CMMC compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA processes.
• Manage quality audits (internal and external) for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee supplier quality management and supplier audits as needed.
• Train and mentor quality team members on standards and best practices.
• Ensure products meet customer specs and regulatory standards before release.
• Manage documentation related to quality processes, inspections, and certifications.
