Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, operations, or program management in manufacturing.
• Experience with New Product Launch (NPI).
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, RCCA, lean manufacturing.
• Proficiency in AS9100/9102, RCCA, and risk management.
• Experience with defense acquisitions or government programs.
• Ability to distill data for diverse audiences and communicate across levels.
• Collaborative, able to work with prime/sub-tier contractors and government partners.
• Willingness to travel intermittently to subcontractors.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, QA, or related field.
