Job summary

Helix Linear Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to own inspection, nonconformance resolution, and customer quality issues. You will lead MRB/DMR dispositions and support AS9100/ISO 9001 compliance across medical, aerospace, and defense products.

You will use CMMs and vision systems to drive process capability, perform FAI reviews, and mentor the quality team while coordinating with engineering and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required or equivalent hands‑on quality/manufacturing experience.
• 8–10+ years in quality engineering or inspection in precision/manufactured environments; ownership of quality systems.
• GD&T fluency; hands‑on CMM and vision system experience; MRB/DMR and RMA familiarity.
• AS9100 proficiency with certification/surveillance audit experience; Six Sigma/Lean tools understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own MRB and DMR dispositions and drive clean RMAs.
• Represent quality on customer calls and through audits with technical responses.
• Lead inspection strategy across product lines; apply GD&T and FAI reviews.
• Mentor quality engineers and inspectors; support AS9100/ISO 9001 compliance.
