Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a quality role within manufacturing.
• Strong collaboration with operations, manufacturing, product engineering, suppliers, and customers.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is preferred and statistical data analysis skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain quality standards, specifications, and metrics for economical product acceptability.
• Serve as primary liaison on quality issues with customers and suppliers; perform inspection tasks as needed.
• Visit suppliers/customers to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
