Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree with 5+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace regulatory requirements.
• Experience with GD&T, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with AS9100, FAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead investigations of nonconforming products using structured problem-solving (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, DMAIC).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Review drawings, specs, processes, and inspection plans to ensure quality requirements.
• Lead internal and customer audits and support external regulatory audits.
• Generate and report KPIs (scrap, rework, First Pass Yield, escapes, audits, etc.).
• Travel up to 20%.
