Job summary
Newhaven Display is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support product quality, supplier quality, and customer quality issues across our display portfolio. You will lead investigations, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions while coordinating with Engineering, Production, and suppliers to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.
The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong documentation, and collaboration across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field relevant to quality engineering.
- Minimum 5 years in Quality Engineering roles such as product, supplier, manufacturing, or related areas.
- Experience troubleshooting electronic products, PCBAs, and electromechanical assemblies to component level.
Responsibilities
- Investigate customer returns, RMAs, and product failures.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Engineering to identify and verify CAPA.
- Monitor quality trends and drive improvements across product lines.
- Support supplier quality management and supplier investigations.
