Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) in Minneapolis/St. Paul area is seeking a seasoned Quality Engineer to drive risk management, design for quality, and ensure regulatory compliance across manufacturing and supplier operations.

You will partner with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to prevent defects, lead investigations, and deliver robust validation and process improvements, with a strong focus on ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years in quality, manufacturing, or related field.
• Proficient with Quality System Regulations and ISO QMS.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written communication, detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional meetings to align market needs, engineering specs, and risk with mitigations.
• Perform and facilitate root cause analysis and CAPA, ensuring traceability from design inputs to test results.
