Xeryon in Leuven, Belgium is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead QA across development and production, mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement in motion control solutions.

You will own supplier quality and ensure ISO standards, leveraging data to identify trends and improvements. A Master’s in Engineering and 5+ years in a high-tech manufacturing quality role are required, with fluency in English and Dutch a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (Electronics a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years in a dedicated quality role in manufacturing/high-tech environment a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16497 or ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems.
• Expertise in measurement systems, GD&T, and test method validation (e.g., Gage R&R).
• Proficiency in quality tools/systems such as Ishikawa, Six Sigma, 8D, PPAP, DOE and FMEA.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead QA activities across product development and production, mentoring junior engineers and supporting QC/Production.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation in processes based on priority.
• Drive 8D investigations and manage customer and supplier complaint follow-ups.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure ISO 9001 and internal procedures compliance.
• Plan and perform supplier audits and maintain Quality Agreements.
• Develop and document new inspection equipment and test methods.
