Job summary

Forum Contract Manufacturing in Watertown, CT seeks a Quality Engineer with deep expertise in metrology and process improvement. You will lead measurement programs, troubleshoot issues, and train QC inspectors to ensure tight adherence to specifications.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of industry experience with 3-5 years QE experience.
• Structured root cause analysis and problem solving in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 13485:2016 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of precision measurement equipment (CMMs, vision) and train QC staff.
• Direct design of fixtures, gauges, and tools for inspection.
• Lead corrective actions and continuous improvement aligned with quality requirements.
• Procure and implement quality-related equipment and inspection systems.
