Talent Search Pro seeks a Metrologist in Manufacturing Engineering to design, implement, and monitor quality control programs ensuring products meet specifications and regulatory standards. You will perform precise measurements, analyze data, and support design engineers with measurement feasibility, test requirements and root cause analysis of dimensional issues.

Qualifikationen

• CMM programming experience with Mitutoyo COSMOS.
• Experience using optical comparators and vision systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform precise measurements, data analysis, and reporting to support engineers.
• Provide input to design engineers on test feasibility and requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis of dimensionally related problems.
• Develop and validate inspection methods for new components.
• Write SOPs and work instructions as required.
• Support RCA efforts by defining and executing measurement methods.
• Reduce reliance on external vendors for metrology setup and execution.
