Job summary

QFocus Technologies LLC seeks a Metrology Engineer to develop test methods for dimensional features, validate production inspections, and support manufacturing processes. You will interpret layouts using GD&T, program CMMs, and optimize inspection methods to ensure product conformance on the production floor.

You will train technicians on CMMs, vision systems, and CT scanners, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with Quality and Program Management to maintain data integrity and traceability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting metrology equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting automation systems in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering layouts and drawings using GD&T.
• Develop and use measurement methods to ensure product dimensional conformance.
• Program and operate CMM, vision systems, CT scanner, and form tracking systems.
