Job summary

GPAC is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Engineer to support QA across our manufacturing product lines. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to uphold high quality standards, drive process improvements, and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and robust quality metrics. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in QC/engineering and a degree in a related field, with experience in heavy equipment preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in quality control or engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with SPC, 8D, PFMEA, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with heavy equipment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage QC procedures and inspections.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and AS9100 compliance.
• Support product development and continuous improvement.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and metrics.
