Job summary

GPAC is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead QA initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role ensures products meet internal standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements while driving a culture of continuous improvement.

You will mentor cross‑functional teams, support audits and CAPA, and apply SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk, and GD&T to improve processes. A BS in Engineering with 5+ years in manufacturing and CQE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; 5+ years QA in manufacturing.
• ASQ CQE preferred; strong knowledge of QMS, ISO, GMP.
• Experience with audits, CAPA, process validation, and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS compliance, certifications, and flow-down requirements.
• Drive Lean and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Perform CAPA, root-cause analysis, and process validation.
• Use SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk, and capability studies to monitor processes.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and document quality processes.
