Oakley seeks a Sr. Engineer - Quality to lead quality processes across lens, frame, paint and assembly manufacturing. You will analyze data, drive corrective actions and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce defects and improve yields.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing quality engineering.
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA, Cpk, sampling plans and control plans.
• Ability to use systematic root cause analysis and data-driven decisions.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive to resolve, prevent and reduce nonconforming material and ExCo using engineering data.
• Support lens/pain/paint/assembly production areas from start to finish.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and suppliers as needed.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions with root cause methodologies.
• Gather, analyze and publish KPI metrics for regular meetings.
• Attend SQIDP and KPI reviews on time and contribute insights.
• Improve first pass yield and process robustness across lines.
• Mentor Quality Tech and engineers; promote a safe, compliant workplace.
