Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a quality-focused leader at our Gibsonton, FL facility to drive manufacturing excellence. You will develop quality plans, interpret procedures, and lead continuous improvement through audits and Kaizen events.

The role requires a engineering degree or extensive relevant experience, strong supervisory and analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or investment casting is preferred.
• Auditor knowledge and ISO standards familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality plans for new parts, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
• Interpret quality procedures and technical documentation to maintain process integrity.
• Identify and eliminate manufacturing flow obstacles for continuous improvement.
• Lead quality systems activities, including audits and corrective actions (5-Why, Fishbone).
• Facilitate Kaizen events for process enhancements.
• Conduct internal and supplier ISO audits.
• Manage staffing, training, and attendance for quality technicians for on-time shipments.
