Siemens Energy is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive operational excellence and product integrity for high‑precision turbine components in Rural Hall, North Carolina. You will develop and implement robust quality plans, support manufacturing on the shop floor, and lead structured problem solving to meet stringent customer requirements and ISO 9001 standards.

You will collaborate across Engineering, EHS and Procurement to ensure design intent and safety are embedded in production while promoting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2+ years in quality or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, internal and supplier auditing, 8D/5-Why/Fishbone, CAPA and FMEA.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen facilitation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement quality plans for new and existing parts to ensure customer requirements and standards are met.
• Provide quality engineering support on the shop floor to resolve issues in real time and improve process awareness.
• Lead root cause analysis using 5-Why, Fishbone and 8D and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce scrap, rework and cycle times.
• Analyze data from Non-conformance Reports to identify trends and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Engineering, EHS and Procurement to integrate design intent and safety into production.
• Conduct internal ISO 9001 audits and maintain quality control plans and validation protocols.
• Manage quality system activities, including document control and continuous safety culture.
