You will liaise between Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering, manage customer quality requirements, and drive corrective actions to sustain product integrity. Qualifications

• 4+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Export-controlled data access requirements apply and employment offers are conditioned upon ability to access such items.

Responsibilities

• Review customer complaints, analyze returns and recommend corrective actions.
• Review data and present graphical representations; assist with implementation of statistical methods and quality improvement programs.
• Assist in annual plant audits and system surveys.
• Update and augment Quality Assurance procedures and systems.
• Assist Engineering and Sales in development and application problems.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methods, tooling, and equipment through statistical sampling.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop testing methods for new product lines.
• Monitor manufacturing processes via audits to ensure compliance and prevent shortcuts.
