Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer IV to serve as the senior quality leader for liquid-cooled servers and racks. You will drive quality strategy from NPI through volume production, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards.

This senior IC role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on floor engagement, and expertise in quality tools, validation, and risk mitigation to deliver gains in yield and product quality in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial or related engineering field required.
8+ years in quality/manufacturing engineering for data-center hardware preferred.
Experience with liquid-cooled server hardware is a plus.
Hands-on problem solving with PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP/FAI, MSA, SPC, and DMAIC/8D.

Responsibilities

Lead problem-solving activities and establish robust quality controls.
Drive continuous improvement and partner with cross functional teams for quality of liquid cooling assemblies.
Own CTQ analysis, PFMEA, and control plans across NPI to ramp and sustaining.
Lead 8D/A3 investigations and CAPA with data-driven communication.
