Job summary

Jabil is seeking a seasoned Quality Engineer for its Florence, KY site to lead quality assurance for liquid-cooled server and rack assemblies. You will define controls, drive investigations, and ensure production meets customer and industry standards.

You will own NPI readiness, SPC tracking, and supplier collaboration, applying RCA tools while reducing DPPM and enhancing yield in a fast-paced data-center hardware environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering for cloud/data-center hardware or equivalent.
• Strong background in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods (DMAIC, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Data skills: Excel/Sheets power-user and BI tools like Power BI/Tableau/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA for liquid cooled server and rack assemblies, driving defect prevention and process stability.
• Develop and validate quality controls; support NPI readiness and CAPA implementation.
• Lead 8D/A3 investigations on returns/complaints; ensure CAPA effectiveness and data-driven communication.
