Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor manufacturing quality procedures and training.
• Perform plant audits to identify opportunities for Lean and QMS improvements.
• Drive cost reduction and improve working capital through quality tools.
• Provide cross‑functional support and technical guidance on projects.
