Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in engineering, process methods, inspection, or quality control.
• Experience with precision metal fabrication preferred.
• Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma knowledge; certification a plus.
• Ability to read GD&T and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain quality standards and inspection criteria.
• Collaborate with Quality and cross‑functional teams on supplier quality and improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for investigations.
• Review deviations, performance metrics, and nonconformances.
• Support supplier assessments and performance improvements.
