Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, process engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong PCB experience and electronics exposure with component-level troubleshooting.
• Experience with failure analysis, metrology, and reliability testing (HALT/HASS).
• Knowledge of RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP.
• Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Lead quality strategy initiatives, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals).
• Evaluate and enhance testing processes including DVT, HALT, and reliability testing methodologies.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts, including customer failure investigations and supplier corrective actions (SCARs).
• Drive product quality improvements through specification analysis and engineering change initiatives.
• Evaluate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards and resolve defects at the source.
