Job summary

MPI, a growing electronic component manufacturer with a global footprint, seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to elevate quality systems, support new product launches, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

The role emphasizes leading root cause investigations, developing inspection plans, executing FAI, and partnering with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to ensure production readiness and sustained quality excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • 8-10+ years of quality engineering experience preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, CAPA, supplier quality, and customer quality.
  • Experience supporting product launches and engineering-driven organizations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Support and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective action activities
  • Develop inspection plans, validation protocols, and quality procedures
  • Execute First Article Inspections (FAI)
  • Analyze quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities

  • Experience with engineering drawings, GD&T, and CAD tools
