You will work with engineers, technicians, and inspectors, perform internal audits, and interface with customers and senior management to resolve issues. Requires a bachelor’s in engineering with 5+ years of experience, proficiency in SPC, ISO/AS9100, Six Sigma, and ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; 5+ years of experience.
• Proficient in deploying SPC tools and analytics to predict failure trends and ROI.
• Proficient with ISO/AS9100 Standards and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand military specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop program quality system processes and support improvements.
• Lead quality plans and activities translating customer requirements into actions.
• Manage engineers, technicians, and inspectors to meet quality goals.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions across programs.
