Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Controls, or Electrical Engineering is required or equivalent.
• ASQ Certified Green Belt is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives and problem-solving across new product development and existing products.
• Develop and implement quality plans and control strategies; oversee PPAP documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and supplier quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
