Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or similar).
• 5–10+ years of hands-on manufacturing quality engineering experience.
• Experience in aerospace and/or medical device manufacturing.
• Knowledge of CAPA, MRB, NCMR, and RMA processes.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and/or AS9100 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into non-conformances, escapes, and customer complaints.
• Own CAPAs end-to-end—from root cause to verified effectiveness.
• Analyze scrap, yield, and defect trends; translate data into action.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to improve capability and first-pass yield.
• Serve as the main quality contact for customers and audits.
