MSR Technology Group in Litchfield, MI is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 expertise to lead quality initiatives on the shop floor and ensure strict process compliance.

You will drive APQP activities, support design engineering, manage PPAP and CAPA documentation, and coordinate internal and supplier audits while promoting continuous improvement and robust problem-solving across the organization.

Qualifications

• Deep proficiency with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Expertise in SPC, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing to control process variation and waste.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone) to drive irreversible actions.
• Analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail and clear communication for stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead APQP / Advanced Product Quality Planning activities for new programs.
• Aid in establishing IATF 16949 standards and perform internal audits.
• Prepare PPAP documentation and review supplier parts and PPAP docs.
• Review CAPA to ensure permanent problem resolution.
• Provide technical QA support across departments and suppliers.
• Assess deviation requests and maintain IATF 16949 files, recommending procedures.
• Promote Kaizen culture and align QA activities with management objectives.
