Job summary

Neros Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to own electro-mechanical build quality across the factory, from components to final vehicle assembly.

You will lead MRB, root cause investigations, and DFQ during NPI to ensure robust, high-quality production in fast-moving environments. The role requires hands-on metrology, GD&T expertise, and strong SQL/Python skills to build production dashboards and track quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering.
• 5+ years in quality, manufacturing, reliability, or design engineering on electro-mechanical hardware.
• Experience with GD&T and metrology and measuring tools.
• Track record leading RCCA with PFMEA, control plans, SPC.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for production quality dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own electro-mechanical quality across the factory as the technical authority.
• Lead MRB for nonconformances and contain high-impact escapes.
• Lead root cause investigations with engineering, verify fixes on the line.
• Define quality metrics and SPC strategy; integrate into production dashboards.
• Run build quality reviews with leadership; set priorities by risk.
• Drive DFQ during new product introduction and design changes.
