Job summary

Hanwha Ocean EPU in Houston seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to drive QMS development, audits, CAPAs, and data analytics across EPC projects in energy sectors. The role partners with engineering and quality teams to embed quality in execution and worldwide delivery of offshore and onshore infrastructure.

You will lead internal audits, develop quality plans, and mentor teams in ISO 9001 compliance, leveraging Power BI dashboards and best practices to enable continuous improvement and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• ISO 9001 experience and quality system knowledge preferred.
• 8-10 years in Quality Management within EPC/oil & gas/energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of quality data (audits, NCRs, CAPAs, KPI).
• Develop quality plans, procedures, and ITPs.
• Coordinate internal quality audits across functions and ensure timely CAPA closure.
• Ensure quality integration into engineering and execution processes.
• Lead technical quality reviews and compliance checks.
• Identify quality risks and mitigation opportunities.
• Support audits and certification processes.
• Facilitate Lessons Learned and drive continuous improvement.
