Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 3+ years of quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation.
• 3+ years of RCCA (root cause analysis and corrective action).
• 3+ years of analytics tools including Tableau, SQL, R, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Represents Quality on team activities to integrate QMS requirements into proposals and program processes.
• Provides Quality interpretation of requirements.
• Develops quality metrics and certification plans for small programs to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection.
• Participates in reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.
• Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure readiness and conformity.
