Job summary

The Boeing Company in Ridley Park, PA is seeking an Experienced Quality Engineer to drive data-driven quality improvements on the MH-139 program. You will apply SQL/Python analytics, create dashboards with Tableau/PowerBI, and lead root-cause analysis to strengthen quality processes and reduce non-conformances.

This 1st-shift, onsite role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, capability assessments, and adherence to Boeing Quality Management System requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 3+ years of experience performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation.
• 3+ years of experience with root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA).
• 3+ years of experience with analytics tools including Tableau, SQL, R, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Represents Quality on team activities to integrate QA requirements into proposals and program processes.
• Provides Quality interpretation of requirements.
• Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for small programs.
• Conducts capability assessments and process validations for supplier selection.
• Participates in reviews to ensure quality attributes in designs.
• Performs analysis, tests and process audits for manufacturing and test readiness.
• Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.
• Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate corrective actions.
• Recommends corrective actions to address non-conformances.
• Performs benchmarking and analyses to ensure process capability levels.
