Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Anaheim, CA, is seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Management to lead site-wide quality initiatives and drive DoD/Federal compliance across all functions.

You will direct Internal Audits, Program Quality, Quality Engineering and Support, partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Supplier Quality, and develop strategies to improve COPQ, first pass yield and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree with extensive related experience; multiple pathways accepted.
• 10-16 years’ experience and extensive knowledge of quality systems and standards.
• Experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality strategy and execution across the Anaheim site.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality and Quality Control to improve quality performance.
• Drive issue resolution through RCCA processes.
• Conduct risk assessments including DFMEA/PFMEA.
• Implement mistake-proofing to reduce nonconformance and escapes.
• Oversee CAB and ZDP activities; support NPD and APQP.
• Lead customer quality engagements and audits.
• Develop strategies to improve COPQ, customer escapes, DPPM and first pass yield.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, FAA, and other regulatory standards.
