Job summary

Romac Industries is seeking a Quality Engineer to help ensure products meet high standards across development, production, and ongoing improvements. You will apply quality engineering tools, risk management, and problem-solving skills to improve products and processes while preventing issues.

The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, testing and validation efforts, and potential guidance to QA staff, with a base compensation range and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Expertise in continuous improvement relative to Quality Assurance.
Proven success in completing projects.
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

With oversight, work on tasks in support of larger quality projects.
With guidance, help to resolve quality issues in production.
As directed, test and validate data, systems, or products.
With direction, support engineering in establishing and auditing Romac controlled documentation.
Develop inspection methods to ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards.
