Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives and guide cross-functional teams in addressing warranty, product quality, and manufacturing issues. The role involves analyzing data to identify trends and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering and hands-on experience with APQP, MSA, and GR&R, and will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams to drive quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Experience using continuous improvement tool set.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive quality improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement efforts and provide quality leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.
Lead the resolution of warranty, product quality, and manufacturing issues using structured problem-solving methods.
Analyze product, component, and failure data to identify trends and drive corrective and preventive improvements.
Lead internal product audits, process assessments, and nonconformance resolution to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing qualification activities through the APQP process.
Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams to prioritize and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure inspection and measurement system integrity, including MSA and GR&R requirements.
Develop and implement standardized quality tools, methodologies, systems, and processes across manufacturing operations.
