G-TECH Services LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support product development and manufacturing quality initiatives in Dearborn, MI. The role emphasizes PFMEA, APQP, CAPA, and GD&T as core competencies.

The ideal candidate will drive CAPA, support AIAG APQP, and ensure compliance with automotive quality systems and Ford QOS requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams for manufacturing readiness and process improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with PFMEA, APQP, CAPA, Quality Management, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong understanding of automotive quality systems and manufacturing processes.
• Experience reading and interpreting CAD drawings and GD&T specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Lead quality investigations and drive root cause analysis using methodologies such as 3-Legged 5-Why, DMAIC, and Global 8D.
• Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, and quality documentation to support manufacturing and launch activities.
• Support AIAG APQP processes and ensure compliance with Ford Quality Operating System (QOS) requirements.
• Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address product and process concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements, quality launches, and manufacturing readiness assessments.
• Utilize engineering systems and tools such as AIM, AVBOM, MIDAS, FEDE, and Bill of Process (BOP).
• Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles to resolve quality and manufacturing issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality performance tracking.
