MPI seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality systems for a precision aerospace manufacturer. You will own FAI/PPAP processes, drive root cause analysis, and implement CAPAs while ensuring AS9100, ITAR, and CMMC compliance across Engineering and Operations.

You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to improve process capability, reduce defects, and ensure high-reliability components meet stringent aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, PPAP and structured corrective actions (8D).
• Ability to interpret GD&T and support CMM programming and metrology.

Responsabilités

• Lead First Article Inspection (FAI) and PPAP from start to finish.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable CAPA.
• Support AS9100, ITAR, and CMMC compliance and audits.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to drive quality improvements.
• Analyze quality data to identify process improvements and risk reduction.
