Qualifications

• 15+ years in aerospace quality engineering, including 5 years in a senior role.
• Experience resolving incomplete FAIs through supplier coordination.
• Track record in managing complex documentation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead AS9100 compliance initiatives and oversee QMS enhancements.
• Guide the team through the full FAI lifecycle.
• Build relationships with aerospace suppliers and execute quality audits.

Skills

Expertise in AS9102 FAI processes

Supplier management skills

Proficiency in AS9100D

Leadership in quality engineering

Agile methodologies

Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, or related field)

Master’s degree preferred

ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Lead Auditor certification for AS9100
