Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Engineering in Palm Bay, FL. You will interface with management, program offices, engineering, and test teams to assure quality across the product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes AS9100 compliance, data-driven corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include reviewing specifications and drawings, leading FAI/APQP deliverables, and supporting FRACAS/FRB analyses.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related field or recently graduated within 12 months.
• Knowledge of ISO/AS9100 quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Management, Program Office, Engineering, and Test functions on technical requirements.
• Lead corrective/preventive actions (RCCA, 8D) and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and implement quality plans and procedures using SPC and quality analyses.
• Review engineering specs, AT procedures, drawings, and work instructions for quality compliance.
• Collaborate with Material Review Board and support FRB/FRACAS activities.
• Perform APQP deliverables, FAI reports, and internal audits.
