Job summary

enVision Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for a direct-hire role on a high‑tech team supporting aerospace and medical industries, southeast of Providence, RI in MA. The role focuses on driving product and process quality across manufacturing and leading investigations within a robust QMS.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5–10+ years in manufacturing quality, with aerospace/medical experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering.
Aerospace and/or medical device experience strongly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of CAPA, MRB, NCMR, RMA processes.
Statistical tools (SPC, DOE, Minitab or equivalent).
Experience with ISO 13485 and/or AS9100 quality systems.
ITAR/EAR/NRC compliance handling (CUI).

Responsibilities

Drive product and process quality across manufacturing operations.
Lead complex investigations and regulatory/customer interface.
Ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Operate at the intersection of production, engineering and customer quality.
Provide hands‑on execution and leadership on critical quality initiatives in aerospace/medical manufacturing.
