Job summary

Astronics Advanced Electronic Systems (AES) in Redmond, WA is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain QA procedures ensuring product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across sourcing and production.

You will oversee manufacturing processes, lead corrective actions, perform internal audits, and collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and sustain certification readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering; 5+ years in quality engineering.
• Experience with ISO/AS9100D QMS and auditing.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA for products/processes and monitor controls.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Perform internal and participate in external audits.
