Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to develop and implement quality assurance strategies, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement across products and processes.

In this role you will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure compliance with ISO/AS9100 and customer requirements, deliver data-driven improvements, and support regulatory and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality engineering in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 or equivalent.
• Proficient with RCA, FMEA, SPC and CAPA processes.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or high-reliability industries.
• ASQ CQE certification is a plus.
• Six Sigma or Lean knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct inspections and audits for quality compliance.
• Analyze data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to drive improvement.
