Ideal candidates have 5+ years for Senior and 8+ years for Staff, with ERP/PLM experience and exposure to audits, statistical methods, and Lean Six Sigma. Relocation not offered, but a flexible hybrid work arrangement supports project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering discipline (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Material Science, Computer Science, or related)
• Experience with quality systems and NPI processes
• Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methods (8D, 5Why) and auditing experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive improvements
• Ensure compliance with specs and standards
• Conduct internal and supplier audits as needed
• Contribute to changes in quality processes and guidelines
• Develop methods for inspecting precision and accuracy of processes
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Provide training on processes and systems
