Timken in Keene, NH is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead cross-functional teams in resolving quality issues and driving quality improvements. You will oversee quality systems, corrective actions, and customer-focused quality programs to protect the brand and ensure satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Science/Engineering or related field is required.
• 2+ years experience in quality systems and procedures in an Aerospace or manufacturing environment.

Mansioni

• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain plant digital gaging including CMMs, roundness gages, and profilometers.
• Drive 8D problem solving to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Lead efforts to resolve internal nonconformances.
• Create and analyze process capability and gage R&R studies for improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute continuous improvement plans.
• Support ISO9001, NADCAP, and customer audits with compliant documentation.
