Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to manufacturing operations and implement permanent improvements.
• Apply root-cause methods to resolve systemic problems across processes.
• Design fixtures, tooling, or equipment to boost productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with vendors/contractors for cost-effective solutions.
• Assist in capital expenditure justification for new equipment.
• Lead or support Lean-6S projects and DoEs with data analysis.
