Job summary

Hoval United Kingdom is seeking a Production Quality specialist with 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting to monitor and analyze customer complaints and define corrective actions. You will support quality in process and product development, conduct KPIs reporting, feed into FMEA analyses, perform 5S, and collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, R&D and Planning.

Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of production quality experience.
• Experience handling customer complaints.
• English at upper-intermediate (B2).
• German language is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze customer complaints and define corrective actions.
• Quality support for process and product development and risk assessment.
• Resolve quality issues in manufacturing processes.
• Analyze KPIs and prepare reports.
• Measure parts with designated instruments and handle materials.
• Conduct FMEA analyses and participate in 5S improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, R&D and Planning.
• Participate in audits, MDIs, and travel as needed.

Wage (gross)

2 330 EUR/month, monthly variable evaluation 0 - 8% of the basic salary, + monthly attendance bonus 0 - 100 €, + bonus for loyalty

Job Description, Responsibilities And Duties

• Monitoring and analyzing customer complaints + defining measures to resolve them.
• Quality support for process and product development, assessing high-risk manufacturing processes, creating and updating quality management documentation.
• Resolving complaints and quality issues in the manufacturing process.
• Analyzing KPIs, reporting.
• Measuring parts using assigned measuring instruments, handling materials.
• Conducting FMEA analyses.
• Collaborating on quality improvement, 5S.
• Introduction of new products.
• Collaborating with the Production, Purchasing, Engineering, R&D, and Planning departments.
• Coordination, reporting, participation in internal and external audits, participation in Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI) meetings, business trips, and assistance with inventory counts.
• Proposing improvements to processes and work procedures.
